1 General Terms & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the cvi66 platform and all services operated under it. By using the website, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to cvi66's website, mobile version, and related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal gaming account.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services at cvi66, you must be 21 years of age or older. cvi66 may request a national ID card or other valid documents at any time for age verification purposes. Opening an account by stating a false age is strictly prohibited, and in such cases the account and deposited funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be considered void. If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or network, cvi66 must be notified in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If an account is created with false information, cvi66 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account.

2.4 Account Security

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at cvi66 is ৳300 (three hundred taka) per method. Accepted payment methods are:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

cvi66 only processes transactions through the methods listed above. Funds deposited through third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). After verification of a withdrawal request is completed, funds are generally sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

3.3 Verification Process

For security purposes, cvi66 may request documents to verify your identity before a withdrawal. This may include a national ID card, a screenshot of the payment account, or other relevant documents. cvi66 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.

3.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). For foreign currencies, a conversion rate may apply, calculated at the rate set by the relevant financial institution.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at cvi66 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe set by cvi66, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be closed.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

4.4 VIP Program

cvi66's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on your overall activity on the platform. Staying regularly active makes it possible to reach higher tiers.

5 Game & Betting Rules

5.1 Game Fairness

All games on the cvi66 platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine each outcome impartially.

5.2 Betting Restrictions

While a bonus is active, the maximum bet amount must be kept within a specified limit. Exceeding the limit risks bonus cancellation. Restrictions on using bonus funds in certain games may apply.

5.3 Technical Errors

If any inconsistency in game results arises due to a technical error, server disruption, or connection issue, cvi66 reserves the right to cancel or review the relevant transaction. Winnings obtained by exploiting a "bug" or "glitch" will be forfeited.

5.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section at cvi66 allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is cancelled or postponed, cvi66 will settle bets according to its pre-established policy.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvi66 platform:

• Any kind of fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated software
• Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account
• Accessing from any country or region subject to restrictions

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, cvi66 reserves the right to close the account without notice and cancel all earned bonuses and winnings.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by cvi66

cvi66 may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Clear evidence of a breach of the Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
• Extended period of inactivity (in accordance with policy)
• Legal or regulatory reasons

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. An approved balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any bonus where the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If no transactions are made on an account for an extended period, cvi66 may apply its dormant account policy. Visit the platform regularly to stay updated on this.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
